Aerial Eagle Eye Photography: The photography
For a reasonable additional cost - If after viewing the images, you decide you want images enlarged as a print, Aerial Eagle Eye Photography will produce as many 8”x10” or other size matte finish enlargements as desired. Aerial Eagle Eye Photography will further prepare a “Full Resolution” CD of the selected images in the file format you prefer. We want to make working with us as easy, efficient, and inexpensive as possible. We are a small company that keeps just enough people on staff to get the job done. That way we don't have to pass the overhead expenses on to you. Other companies use large numbers of people and have to charge more money for the same job.
Procedures:
You would have a license to utilize these images for marketing, website enlargements, or for any other means of publication. (with the exception of re-sale to third parties).
Aerial Eagle Eye Photography will retain the copyright on these images. We may use them for stock or demo purposes. Copyright could be purchased, if sole ownership is required at an additional cost.
Aerial Eagle Eye Photography will take as many digital images of your property, from all the angles and directions that you request, and generally we take a lot more than you request!!! We want to make sure we cover all the bases. film jobs are limited to 30 shots per site, due to the high cost of film.
After the mission, the images will be presented to you, so you can decide which images you would like to use, and which corrections you would like done to them(cropping lighting, darkening etc.). For your convenience, this can be done over the internet, at your office at a time that is convenient for you, or by mail. Whatever you would perfer or whichever is practical. After you decide which shots you want to use and how you want to use them, for aditional cost, we can set them up in a powerpoint presentation, add tex them, use them in postcards or brochures, have them enlarged, burned onto a dvd or cd, or recorded on to a video tape.
PRICING:
Aerial photography is priced according
to several considerations:
1. The distance to the property. (Big factor)
note:
The farther I have to travel to do a assignment, the more
operating expenses will be. So, someone over 100 miles away, I
usually refer them to another company in their area, because
they should be able to find a closer service for less money
we just feel that is fair.
2. The kind of shots you are wanting, and the equipment used to get
them.
1 High oblique 2. vertical 3. low angle oblique 4. low frontal oblique
3. The use of the photo determines the value of the photo.
1. one time use 2. multi times use.
3. duration time use. 4. continuous use
4. End results: what you want the final product to be.
1. an enlargement 2. a dvd powerpoint presentation or slide show.
3. A card or brochure shot . 4. A magazine or news paper shot.
PIGGYBACK
Example: If I am going to photograph several properties in the same area, like the same county, or within 15 min drive time, I will divide the operating cost up between the properties.
so
If I am doing two separate jobs, I will split the difference between the two parties, so you would each be getting your photos for half price.
OR
If you need more than one property photographed in the same area,
like the same county, or within 15 min drive time, I may be able to do the second property for half price. Or serval properties together for less than that.
It is well worth asking about piggy backing
We make every effort to come back with images that are corect and done from every angle and direction you could want. we use good equipmnent to get clear, unobstructed shots.
However
I for any reason you are unhappy with the images we bring you, we will reshoot your property again totally
FREE!!!!!
YOU RISK NOTHING!!!!
POLICIES:
If you are wanting just images, and need them quickly, we can send them online to you, or if you have more time to wait, we can create a cd or dvd copy, even set it up as a powerpoint presentation or a slide show. Or we can make very large enlargements from the film or digital sources. We will even go up and make digital video footage that can be put on a computer or power point. We make every effort to create images that you will be happy with, always taking more shots than were requested. But if for any reason you are unhappy with all the photos we turn in, or want something photographed in a different way, or the one angle we just happened to have missed, we go back up and re shoot you project for
free!!!
